A Vernon family business
Le Pew Septic is run by the family that shows up to the job. The person who answers the phone is the person standing in your yard a day or two later.
We live on the same roads we service, which is why we already know the driveway before we turn into it and why the older systems around Vernon hold no surprises for us.

How often does a septic tank need pumping?
Every two to three years for most Okanagan households. Larger families, garburators, suites and rental properties shorten that interval. If it's been longer than three years, or nobody can remember, it's due.
Do you service properties outside Vernon?
Yes. Our regular run covers Vernon, Lumby, Armstrong, Enderby, Lake Country, Oyama, Kelowna and the full Westside Road corridor through Fintry. Acreages and lake properties elsewhere in the North Okanagan are worth a call as well.

Please do, since it's often faster. Send a photo of your lid or your driveway to 250-938-2093 and we can usually work out what we're dealing with before the truck leaves.
What can you pump besides a septic tank?
Holding tanks, sewer drains, RVs, waste water and campgrounds. The truck does not much care what shape the tank is.
Do I need to be home for a pump-out?
Not necessarily, as long as the truck can get in and we know where the lid is. Sort that out with us when you book and we'll tell you what we need from you.
